Activity Reason Text :	01/17/2020: Ian TP04 and Pump 17 OOS Jan2020-Mar2020. JL 12/30/2019: DO Ian: Pump 17 and Tap 4 was out of service the entire month of December and so we will not collect any Tap 4 compliance samples in December. JL 05/28/2019: DO Ian: Tap 4 remains out of service because the repairs on pump 17 are still ongoing. Tap 4 will be out of service until sometime in June. JL 04/25/2018: DO Ian:Tap 4 was taken out of service on 4/15/2019 due to a mechanical issue. We have determined that it would not be able to be fixed by the end of this month. At this time, we are estimating that it will be operational sometime next month. JL 04/01/2019: DO: I am emailing you to update the EPA on Tap 4. The East St. Louis Plant will turn on Tap 4 on Thursday of Friday of this week. It should remain in service for the remainder of this quarter, but we will update you if that plan changes. JL 01/25/2019: Lori Stenzel: Ian just informed me that our East St Louis treatment facility¿s TP04 will remain Out Of Service until April 1, 2019: resulting in no sample collection for Q1 for the following requirements: TP04 ¿ monthly (Jan/Feb/Mar) TOCs and Fluoride, Q1 Atrazine and Q1 Xylene samples Chouteau Island ¿ TOCRAW ¿ monthly (Jan/Feb/Mar). JL 12/27/2018: "The Illinois American Water treatment plant in East St. Louis took Tap 4 out of service on November 30th, 2018. We plan to keep it out of service until February 2019. If that time frame changes I will update everyone at that time. The Water Quality Department will continue to submit a Tap 4 bacteriological sample but will not collect compliance chemistry samples on Tap 4. Please let me know if you have any questions.
